Getting started

What exactly is Everrissa?
A commissioning house for fashion. You describe what you want; we turn it into a professional brief and connect you with a verified independent maker or one of Everrissa's own house ateliers, who make it to your measurements.
Who makes the clothes?
Either an independent professional who has applied and been reviewed by a person, or one of Everrissa's house ateliers — our own makers across Africa, Europe, the Americas, the Middle East and Asia, whose commissions Everrissa manages directly.
Is it free to start?
Yes. Creating a brief, browsing makers, requesting proposals and using the Vision Studio costs nothing. Memberships add extras such as lower commission for makers and concierge service for clients.
Can I ask a specific maker?
Yes. On any maker's profile choose Request a Proposal and pick which of your briefs it is for. They — or Everrissa, for a house atelier — reply with a written proposal.

The Boutique

Are Boutique pieces in stock?
No. Every piece is made to order. When you buy, you are asked for your full measurements and the piece is cut to you, which is why lead times are shown in weeks.
Why do I have to give measurements to add to my bag?
Because nothing is pre-made in a standard size. The form takes a few minutes, includes an illustrated guide, and you can save your set to your account for next time.
What currency will I be charged in?
Prices display in your own currency so you can understand them, but payment is settled in pounds sterling through Stripe. Your bank sets the final exchange rate.
Can I buy two of the same piece?
No. Each piece is one of a kind. You can add several different pieces to one bag and pay for them together.
How will I know where my order is?
Your Orders tab shows each stage — received, being prepared, dispatched, delivered — with the carrier and tracking number once it ships, and a receipt you can download.

Measurements & fit

How do I measure myself?
Measure over light clothing with a soft tape, level and snug but not tight. Stand naturally and ask someone to help with the back and sleeve. The measurements form shows exactly where each one is taken.
Can I just give my dress size?
Only as a starting point. Bespoke and made-to-order work is cut to real measurements; your maker will confirm them at a fitting where one is included.
Does Everrissa guarantee fit?
No honest house would. Fit comes from accurate measurements, your maker's skill and the fittings you attend. If something is wrong, tell your maker in the workspace — alterations are part of the process.

Payments

When do I pay for a commission?
Against milestones — typically a deposit, design approval, construction, fitting approval and final release. Each is paid through Stripe from your project workspace and released to the maker only when you approve that stage.
When do I pay for a Boutique piece?
In full at checkout, since the piece is cut for you immediately. The maker is paid after the piece is dispatched.
Who holds the money?
Everrissa, through Stripe. Independent makers receive payouts to their own Stripe account; commissions to house ateliers are fulfilled by Everrissa itself.
What if something goes wrong?
Raise a dispute from your project workspace. Our team can see the brief, messages, progress photographs, milestone approvals and payment history, and will mediate.

Makers & creators

How are makers verified?
Every application is reviewed by a person — portfolio, experience, identity and business details — before a profile goes live. Nothing is approved automatically. Makers may join from any country.
What is a house atelier?
One of Everrissa's own makers. Their profiles are clearly part of Everrissa; when you commission one, Everrissa manages the work and communicates with you as that atelier.
How does commission work?
A marketplace commission is included in the maker's quote and varies with their membership tier. It is never added on top of the price you are shown.
How does the Showcase work for creators?
Vetted AI and 3D creators apply with a portfolio — no account is needed to apply. Approved creators receive briefs from makers and the house, and are paid a fixed fee for each accepted visual plus an engagement bonus as it performs. All Showcase images are visualisations, not photographs of finished garments.
Can I read a profile written in another language?
Yes. Signed-in members see a Translate button on maker bios, proposals and messages that renders them in the language of your browser.

We read every message.
